L <br />ORDINANCE 6 U <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6 U <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, LIMITED COMMERCIAL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, ON JULY 18, 1955, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6-0, <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JULY 14, 1969, BOTH AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDE <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, and of <br />Ordinance No. 6-0 of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />is hereby amended, by adding thereto the following: <br />(a) <br />(4) That part of the N# of the NE# of Section 17, Township <br />31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southerly <br />of Interstate Highway No. 35W-390. <br />Together with an easement for ingress and egress on the <br />following: <br />That part of the NW$ of Section 17, Township 31, Range <br />22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the fol- <br />towing described Tine: Beginning at a point on the Easterly <br />right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 8 and 66 feet South <br />from the Southerly right of way line of the Northeast <br />ramp of interstate Highway 35W-390 (said 66 feet measured <br />at right angles from said Southerly right of way line); <br />thence North 81 degrees, 39 minutes, 10 seconds, East <br />(a Minnesota Highway Department bearing), on a line 66 <br />feet from and parallel to said Southerly right of way <br />line and its extension, to the East line of said NW* and <br />there terminating. <br />Excepting therefrom the following: <br />The South 180 feet of the West 1,210 feet of the Ni of <br />the NW* of Section 17, Township 31, Range, 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for roadway <br />purposes over any portion lying within 66 feet of the <br />right of way line of Interstate Highway 35W-390. <br />The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate <br />to be only to maintain and operate thereon, according to <br />law, a motel and restaurant, including the construction <br />and use of any necessary structures It' -dent thereto. <br />
