ORDINANCE NO. 30 - C <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 30, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING <br />THE MOVING OF BUILDINGS OVER STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING <br />FOR PROTECTION TO THE VILLAGE FROM DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SUCH OPERATIONS." <br />adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, on November 26, 1982 <br />THE VILLAGE 00UNCLL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 2 PERMIT REQUIRED. 2.01, of Ordinance No. 30, of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, adopted by the Village <br />Council on November 26, 1962, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 2. PERMIT REQUIRED. <br />2.01 No person shall move any building over, along or across any <br />highway, street or alley in the Village, nor shall any person move or <br />place any building upon any lands within the Village for a period longer <br />than 24 hours without first obtaining a written permit therefor from the <br />Building Inspector, and paying the required fee therefor to the Village <br />I <br />Save for the foregoing amendment, said Ordinance No. 30 shall stand <br />and be effective as adopted and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication as required by law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, this I3th day of November, 1972. <br />LWiILiam 1_ Boh a n Mayor <br />William 1.
