l� <br />2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 31D <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />ON MARCH 25, 1963. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 31, passed by the Village Council on <br />March 25, 1963, as amended, is further amended by adding thereto the <br />following: <br />SECTION 2. <br />SUBDIVISION 5. Nothing withstanding to the contrary in <br />this Ordinance, an "On -Sale" or an "Off -Sale" license may be issued by <br />the Village to two separate persons for two separate premises for the <br />same period of time as long as such operation shall otherwise comply <br />with the laws of the State of Minnesota; in addition, an "On -Sale" <br />license may be issued to businesses which also serve food. "Premises" <br />shall be defined as a separate unit; such units may be in one building, <br />but shall have a solid separating wall or walls and shall have no openings <br />therein and each unit shall have a separate entrance. <br />SECTION 2. Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 31, of the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, passed by the Village Council on March 25, 1963, <br />shall stand as previously passed and amended. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />this 28th day of February, 1972. <br />William I.
