ORDINANCE NO. 43 C <br />Village Of Lino Lakes <br />County of Anoka <br />State Of Minnesota <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 43A, OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY <br />24, 1971, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED. <br />`iHE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 12 of Ordinance No. 43A, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minneste, passed by the Village Council on May 24, 1971, is hereby <br />medded so that the same shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 12 EMPLOYEES NOT COVERED. Nothing in this ordinance pertains to <br />persons employed by the Village on a `fee basis, to police officers, to working <br />uperyt sory personnel or to supervisory personnel. <br />1t. <br />Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43A shall stand and be effective <br />es initially passed and as previously amended. <br />ill. <br />This Ordiance shall be infull force and effect from and after its <br />`assage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this llth day of September, 1972. <br />is/ William 1.
