ORDINANCE NO. 57 A <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 57, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON DECEMBER <br />18, 1972, AND IMPOSING A SEWER AVAILABILITY CHARGE TO NEW SANITARY SEWER <br />CONNECTIONS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES. <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Ordinance No. 57, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on December 18, 1972, is hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the following: <br />SECTION 14-1. SEWER AVAILABILITY CHARGE. <br />(A) There is hereby imposed upon all new sanitary sewer connec- <br />tions to the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System within the <br />Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, a sanitary <br />sewer availability charge, to reimburse the Village of <br />Lino Lakes for expenses incurred in the past and to be In- <br />c curred in the future for making sewage treatment facilities <br />available, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per <br />single family residential connection or its equivalent. <br />(B) The Village of Lino Lakes shall pay, from said sum any <br />sum charged by the Metro Sewer Board, as a result of <br />such connection. <br />(C) Payment of the said sanitary sewer availability charge <br />to the Village Clerk -Treasurer shall precede the issuance <br />of a sanitary sewer connection permit as required in this <br />Ordinance, and such sum shall be paid in addition to any <br />other charges imposed elsewhere in this Ordinance or by <br />any other Ordinance of the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 57 shall stand and be in <br />full force and effect as passed. <br />SECTION 3. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication according to law. <br />1972. <br />Passed by the Village Council this TWENTY-SIXTH day of DECEMBER, <br />Is/ <br />William 1.
