SECTION IV. AREA OF ENFORCEMENT. <br />This ordinance shall be and is in full force and effect in the <br />following areas of the Village of Lino Lakes: <br />1) The West z of Section 4, R. 22W., T. 31 N. <br />2) The East z of Section 5, R. 22W., T. 31 N. <br />3) The East 1 of Section 8, R. 22W., T. 31 N. <br />4) The West z of Section 9, R. 22W., T. 31 N. <br />5) That part of Section 18, R. 22W., T. 31 N., South of Interstate <br />Highway I-35W. <br />6) Section 19, R. 22W., T. 31 N. <br />7) That part of Section 30, R. 22W., T. 31 N., known as "Arthur <br />E. Thom Acres" and those properties adjacent to State Highway <br />49 South of County Road 10 (Birch Street), excluding any part <br />of the Village of Circle Pines. <br />8) All of Section 31, R. 22W., T. 31 N., excluding those properties <br />directly adjacent to Ware Road. <br />SECTION V. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance. <br />SECTION VI. PENALTY. <br />Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a <br />fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprison- <br />ment in the County Jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both. <br />-3- <br />
