reasonable times to inspect, examine or audit all of the <br />accounts, books, records, reports, contracts, documents and <br />papers of Company relating to its electric operations. <br />Subd. 5. Procedures and Accounting Manual. As soon <br />as practicable after the effective date of this Ordinance, <br />Company and the Rate Administrator shall compile a manual <br />of procedures and accounting methods to implement this <br />ordinance in accordance with the standards set forth herein. <br />The terms of said manual shall apply to all rate filings and <br />determinations until changed, modified or amended by mutual <br />agreement of the Company and the Rate Administrator. <br />Subd. 6. Company shall prepare and file with the <br />Rate Administrator statements <br />operations as provided in the <br />Manual. <br />for its electric utility <br />Procedures and Accounting <br />Section 18. INDEMNIFICATION. Company shall <br />indemnify, keep, and hold Municipality, its officers, <br />employees and agents free and harmless from any and all <br />liability on account of injury to persons or damage to <br />property occasioned by the construction, maintenance, <br />repair, removal or operation of Company's property located <br />in, on, over, under, or across the streets, alleys, public <br />ways and public grounds of Municipality, unless such injury <br />or damage is the result of the negligence of Municipality, <br />its employees, officers or agents, or results from the <br />performance in a proper manner of acts reasonably determined <br />to be hazardous by Company, but such performance is <br />26 <br />
