ORDINANCE NO. 6V <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3, COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED <br />BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE 18TH <br />DAY OF JULY, 1955. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows: <br />I. <br />SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />(a) Area. <br />(t) The following described real estate, situate <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota: <br />That part of Lot 14, Arthur E. Thom Acres No. 2, <br />according to the map or plat thereof on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West <br />300 feet thereof. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand <br />as initially adopted and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 26th day of November, <br />1973. <br />ATTEST: <br />William I.
