17) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 43D <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO. 43C, OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1972, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section I, of Ordinance No. 43C, of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on <br />September 11, 1972, is hereby amended so that the same shall read <br />as follows: <br />I. <br />Section 12 of Ordinance No. 43A, of the Village of Lino <br />Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on <br />May 24, 1971, is hereby amended so that the same shall read as <br />follows: <br />Section 12. Employees not covered. Nothing in this <br />Ordinance pertains to persons employed by the Village on a fee <br />basis, or to police officers. Working supervisory personnel or <br />supervisory personnel shall be covered by all of the contents of <br />this Ordinance, except that no portion thereof pertaining to <br />the Work Week or Overtime pay shall cover such individuals, such <br />individuals being paid on a monthly basis and to work the number <br />of hours required by their particular employment to complete the <br />necessary work therefor, irrespective of when such work must be <br />performed. <br />II. <br />Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43C shall stand <br />and be effective as initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 8th day of January, <br />1973. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
