4. Credit Toward Payment under Section 14-1 of this Ordinance. <br />Any monies paid pursuant to this section shall be deducted from <br />and credited toward the Sewer Availability Charge required in <br />Section 14-1 of this Ordinance when the charge required to be later <br />paid thereunder falls due upon actual connection to the Municipal <br />Sanitary Sewer System within the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />SECTION II. <br />Save as herein amended, and as previously amended, Ordinance <br />No. 57, of the Village of Lino Lakes, so passed by the Village <br />Council on December 18, 1972, shall stand and be in full force and <br />effect as passed. <br />SECTION III. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />1973. <br />Passed by the Village Council this 13th day of August <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
