ORDINANCE NO. 6X CITY OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2, RESIDENTIAL OF THE THEN VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows: I. SECTION 2. Residential of Ordinance No. 6, of the then Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (a) Area. (1) The following shall be designated as Residential, single family (R1) district: The following described real estate, situate in Anoka County, Minnesota: The West 300 feet, as measured at right angles from the outside East boundary line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 8, as now established, of Part of Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 138, being all that part of the SEA of the NWT of Section 4, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying and being on the easterly side of U.S. Highway No. 8, as now established, except the following described land lying in the Northwest corner thereof to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said SEA of the NW4 with the East line of said Trunk Highway No. 8 as now established; thence East along said North line 186.19 feet; thence South for 205.56 feet; thence West for 237.63 feet to the East line of said Trunk Highway No. 8; thence North 14 degrees, 3 minutes East along said East line of said Trunk Highway No. 8 for 211.9 feet to the point of be- ginning. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially adopted and as previously amended. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect -from and after its passage and publication according to law. Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of September, 1974. ATTEST: Ecna L.
