two and Thirty-four Hundredths (332.34) feet to a point thence West a <br />distance of Six Hundred Sixty and Fifty-four Hundredths (660.54) feet to a p <br />point in the West line of said Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter <br />(SWz of SE*), thence North along said West line a distance of Three Hundred <br />Twenty-nine and Twenty-three Hundredths (329.23) feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing Five (5) acres, more or less, and subject to road rights the <br />public has acquired in the Westerly Thirty-three (33) feet of above described. <br />Excepting from the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter (WI of SO of SEk) a strip of land 50 feet In width, for <br />p?wertine, as shown in deed to St. Croix Falls, Minnesota Improvement Company, <br />:'scribed in Book "54" on page 120, said easement now owned by Northern States <br />:-over Company. <br />The specific use shall be for an antique sales and purchase business, <br />,girth no exterior storage of any items for sale, and unless such business <br />tG commenced within one year of the effective date hereof, then this <br />U,--dinance shall be automatically repealed. <br />I <br />Sage as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />'riia!ly adopted and as previously amended. <br />lit <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />is passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of September, 1974. <br />William 1.
