ORDINANCE NO. 31 E <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31D, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL, ON FEBRUARY 28, 1972, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 31, <br />PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL, ON MARCH 25, 1963. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />SECTION 1. Section 1, of Ordinance No. 31D, passed by the <br />then Village Council on February 28, 1972, which amended Ordinance <br />No. 31, passed by the then Village Council on March 25, 1963, <br />as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 31, passed by the then Village <br />Council on March 25, 1963, as amended, is further amended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />SECTION 2. LICENSE REQUIRED <br />SUBDIVISION 5. Nothing withstanding to the contrary in <br />this Ordinance, an "On Sale" or an "Off Sale" license may be <br />issued by the City to two separate persons for two separate <br />premises for the same period of time as long as such operation <br />shall otherwise comply with the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />in addition, an "On Sale" license may be issued to businesses <br />which also serve food. "Premises" shall be defined as a separate <br />unit; such units may be in one building, but the "Off Sale" unit <br />shall have a separate interior entrance door, on any interior <br />wall, within the building, into the same, so that said "Off Sale" <br />unit may be entered only through said separate interior entrance <br />door on any interior wall, unless said "Off Sale" unit has a <br />separate exterior entrance door. <br />SECTION 2. Save as herein amended, Ordinance No 31D, of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, passed by the then Village Council on February <br />28, 1972, shall stand as previously passed. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 8th day of July, 1974. <br />William I.
