ORDINANCE NO. 42A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42, OF THE THEN VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER <br />26, 1966, AND SETTING THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain as follows: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 42, of the then Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on September <br />26, 1966, which amended and replaced Ordinance No. 13, passed by <br />the then Village Council on October 10, 1956, is hereby amended by <br />repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions and allowances of <br />Minnesota Statute 415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the <br />City of Lino Lakes shall be $100.00 per month and the <br />salary of each Councilman shall be the sum of $75.00 <br />per month. <br />SECTION 2. The salaries established hereby are to be <br />paid monthly. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be effective, after prior publication, <br />on November 6, 1974, after the next succeeding municipal election. <br />III. <br />Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, on the 28th day of October, 1974. <br />William I.
