ORDINANCE NO. 56B CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.17 OF ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JULY 26, 1971, AND ZONING CERTAIN LANDS AS LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI). The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows: I. Section 6.17 of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: ADDITIONAL LANDS ZONED AS LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI). The following lands, in addition to those already zoned as Light Industrial (LI), are hereby zoned as Light Industrial (LI) and shall have all of the privileges and obligations of such classification as further set forth in this Ordinance and in any other Ordinances of the City of Lino Lakes or any other laws. (a) That part of Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 4, Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence North 90° East along the North line of Lot 2, a distance of 817.09 feet; thence South 44°17' East, a distance of 677.23 feet to the point of begin- ning of the property herein to be described; thence North 44°17' West, a distance of 677.23 feet; thence North 90° East, a distance of 505.11 feet to the North- east corner of said Lot 2; thence North 47° East to the shore of Rice Lake; thence Southeast&1y along the shore of Rice Lake to a point North 45043' East of the point of beginning; thence South 45°43' West to the point of beginning, subject to State Highway Number 49. II. Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 56 shall stand as initially adopted and as previously amended. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
