,Subdivision 12. Cleaning When Requested. <br />When requested by the owner or occupant of any-premisis, any Sewage <br />Tank Cleaner, licensed hereunder, shall clear or empty or work on any <br />vault, privy, cesspool, septic tank or private drain or an individual sewage <br />disposal system, and remove any -and all nuisances. Such Sewage Tank <br />Cleaner may demand and receive, in advance his fees for services but not <br />exceeding the maximum rates specified in his application for license or <br />a reasonable sum if such not be specified. <br />SECTION III. <br />Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 53 shall stand and be in <br />full force and effect as previously so passed. <br />SECTION IV. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 8th day of August, 1977. <br />/ <br />William I.
