ORDINANCE NO. 56B <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCES NO. 56, PASSED BY THE THEN <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON JULY 28, 1971: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21 PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 14, 1957: <br />ORDINANCE ABC). 21A, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1965 <br />AND PERTINENT PORTIONS OF ANY OTHER CITY ORDINANCE. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka Count, Minnesota Ordains: <br />SECTION I. <br />Whenever, in Ordinance No. 56, passed by the then Village Council on July <br />26, 1971, in Ordinance No. 21, passed by the then Village Council on October <br />14, 1957, in Ordinance No. 21A, passed by the then,Village Council on Sept- <br />ember 27, 1965, or in any other Ordinance of the COty of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, a minimal acreage of footage requirement is listed, such <br />minimal acreage or footage area requirement shall be computed excluding all <br />roadway and public utility easements. <br />SECTION II. <br />Save as hereby amended said Ordinances shall stand as previously adopted <br />and as previously amended. <br />SECTION III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 8th day of August, 1977. <br />/s/ <br />William I.
