whi,chshall authorize such construction, change, remodeling or improvement and which permit shall state that the proposed construction, change, re- modeling or improvement is in compliance with all Ordinances of the City and laws of the County of Anoka and State of Minnesota. The applicant for such permit shall apply therefor upon a form to be provided by the City Clerk -Treasurer and a fee shall be charged by such Clerk -Treasurer of a sum as set by the City Council by Resolution from time to time, in a fee schedule, which Clerk -Treasurer Such form shall land upon which fee schedule shall be on file in the -office of the City and open to public inspection during regular office hours. require that the specific use planned be listed, that the such proposed construction, change, remodeling or improve- ment is contemplated, be described fully by leagl description, that a draw- ing and plans be made thereon or provided showing the exact placement of such proposed construction, change, reconstruction or improvement, on the described lands and such proposed construction, change, remodeling or im- provement shall be described in detail and the estimated completed value thereof shall be listed, along with any other data the City Council shall require by Resolution, As the Minnesota State Building Code requires a building permit for all construction or improvement of any building to be used for human habitation, no Land Use Permit shall be required where a building permit is required for such construction or improvement of any building to be used for human habitation. IV Save as herein amended, said Ordinance NO.56 shall stand and be in full force and effect as previously so passed and as previously amended.
