<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL
<br />ESTATE TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (HI).
<br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain:
<br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the
<br />then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and
<br />Residential to Heavy Industrial (HI), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of
<br />the City of Lino Lakes, but specifically limiting the use thereof to that of chemical stor-
<br />age, warehousing, distribution, testing laboratory and as office facility, of the follow-
<br />ing described real estate:
<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE4 of NW4), of Section
<br />Seventeen (I7),Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Twenty -Two (22) West, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner.of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NE4 of NW4) of Section Seventeen (17); thence East Zero Degrees Zero Minutes (0° 00')
<br />assumed bearing along the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NE4 of NW4), a distance of Three Hundred Fifty-eight and seven tenths (358.7) feet to the
<br />point of beginning; thence South Zero Degrees Zero Minutes (0° 00'), a distance of Four
<br />/-*N Hundred Twenty -Five (425) feet, thence West Zero Degrees Zero Minutes (0° 00'). a dist-
<br />ance of Three Hundred Fifty -Two and ninety-eight hundredths (352.98) feet to the West line
<br />of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE4 of NW of Section Seventeen (17);
<br />thence South Zero Degrees Forty-six Minutes Fifteen Seconds (0 46' 15") East, along the
<br />West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 4 of NW4), a distance of
<br />Seven Hundred Fifty -Five (755) feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly right-of-way line
<br />of Interstate Highway No. 35W; thence Northeasterly, along said Northwesterly highway right-
<br />of-way•line, a distance of One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty (1220) feet, more or less, to the
<br />point of intersection with the Southerly line of the Eda Branshaud tract, as described on
<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 786 of Deeds, Page 71, on file in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence Westerly, along said Southerly line, a distance
<br />of One Hundred Twelve (112) feet, more or Tess, to the Southwest corner of said Eda Bran-
<br />shaud tract; thence Northwesterly, along the Westerly line of said tract, a distance of
<br />Thirty-eight (38) feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of the Richard Peters tract,
<br />as described on Warranty Deed recorded in Book 592 of Deeds, page 413, on file in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence West Zero Degrees Zero
<br />Minutes (0° 00'), along the South line of said Richard Peters tract, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Seventy-five feet (375) to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North Zero Degrees
<br />Zero Minutes (0° 00') along the West line of said Richard Peters tract, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred (300) feet to the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEµ
<br />of NW4) of Section Seventeen (17); thence West Zero Degrees Zero Minutes (0 00'), along
<br />said North line, a distance of Fifty (50) feet to the point of beginning, containing Eleven
<br />and four tenths (11.4) acres, more or less, and subject to Lilac Street along the most North-
<br />erly line thereof, Also subject to a Fifty (50) foot easement, the West line of said ease-
<br />ment is described as follows:
<br />0'1 Beginning at the point of beginning of the above described tract; thence South Zero
<br />Degrees Zero Minutes (0° 00'), a distance of Four Hundred Twenty -Five (425) feet and there
<br />terminating.
