(75! <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56E <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />Section I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended <br />by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to Light <br />Industrail (LI), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of <br />the City of Lino Lakes, and in addition to the allowances of said <br />Ordinance No. 56, adding and allowing the following uses: Motor <br />vehicle parts salvage, recycling, machine shop and motor vehicle and <br />parts sales and any other use related to motor vehicles, but specifically <br />excluding the installation or use of any scrap crushing or chipping <br />equipment, with installation and maintenance of approved screening <br />fence required, of the following described real estate: <br />That part of Lot 14, Auditor's Subdivision Number 138, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 14, thence East along the South <br />line of said Lot 14 to the Southwest corner of Lot 16, said <br />Auditor's Subdivision Number 138, thence North along the West <br />line of said Lot 16, 166 fett; thence West, Parallel to said <br />South line of Lot 14, to the West line of said Lot 14; thence <br />South along said West line, 166.05 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />and <br />That part of Lot 14, Auditor's Subdivision Number 138, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point <br />on the West line of Said Lot 14, said point being 166.05 feet <br />North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 14, (as measured along <br />said West line); thence Easterly, parallel to the South line <br />of said Lot 14, a distance of 174.50 feet; thence Northerly, <br />parallel to said West line of Lot 14, a distance of 249.63 <br />feet; thence Westerly, parallel to said South line, 174.50 <br />feet to the West line of Lot 14; thence Southerly, along said <br />West line, 249.63 feet to the point of beginning. <br />and <br />Lot 16, Auditor's Subdivision Number 138, according to the map <br />or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br />County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Section II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially <br />
