ORDINANCE NO. 27A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DISCHARGE <br />OF FIREARMS WITHIN THE CITY. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION I <br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 27, passed by the City Council on <br />August 8, 1960, which states as follows: <br />SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful to shoot, fire off, <br />discharge or explode any gun, pistol, revolver or other <br />firearm or device which ejects a projectile, upon or onto: <br />(a) Any road, street, avenue, sidewalk or other public <br />place in this Village. <br />(b) Lands lying Southerly of the center line of Lilac Street <br />which are Westerly of the center line of Lake Drive (U.S. <br />Highway No. 8) as the same are now laid out and travelled. <br />is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />(c) Any City or County park or other City owned lands or waters. <br />(d) All lands and waters, in the City of Lino Lakes, lying Westerly <br />of Hodgson Road and North of County Road J, and any other areas which <br />may be, from time to time, designated by the City Council, by resolu- <br />tion, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the Clerk -Treasurer's <br />office of the City and open to public inspection at regular office hours. <br />(e) Any lands and waters within the City now owned by the person so <br />shooting, firing off, discharging or exploding any gun, pistol, revolvers, <br />or other firearm or device which ejects a projectile, unless the person <br />doing so has on his person the written consent of the owner of such lands. <br />
