ORDINANCE NO. 30D <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SECTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 30, PASSED BY THE <br />THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 26, 1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 30B, <br />PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 27, 1965, AND ADDING A <br />SECTION REQUIRING DRAFTING OF NECCESSARY APPLICATION FORMS AND IMPLEMENTING <br />REGULATIONS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS. <br />SECTION 1. Fee, of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 30 passed by the then Village <br />Council on November 26, 1962, as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance of <br />Ordinance No.30B, passed by the then Village Council on December 27, 1965, <br />is hereby amended by replacing same as amended, with the following: <br />C. Fee <br />The City Council shall establish a fee schedule, for the moving of buildings <br />into, around, inside of, or out of the City of Lino Lakes and shall cover <br />the moving of buildings through Lino Lakes if City streets are used for <br />such moving, Such fee schedule shall be established, and amended from <br />time to time, by Resolution of the City Council, a copy of which Resolution <br />shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer, and <br />available for inspection, during regular office hours <br />Section 2. <br />Said Ordinance No. 30 shall be further amended by adding thereto the <br />following: <br />Section 10. <br />The City Building Inspector shall prepare the necessary application forms <br />and implementing regulations to enforce this Ordinance and update same to <br />comply with other City Ordinances and State Laws, and present same to the <br />City ; Council for approval and adoption, which forms and regulations when <br />approved and adopted and as same may be amended from time to time, by the <br />City Council, shall become a part of this Ordinance and copies thereof as <br />approved and adopted and amended shall be on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk -Treasurer, and available for inspection, during regular office hours. <br />Section 3. <br />Save for the foregoing amendments, said Ordinance No. 30, as amended by <br />said Ordinance No. 30B, and other amendments, shall stand and be effective <br />as adopted and previously amended. <br />Section 4. <br />This :ordinanceshall be effective from and after its passage and publication <br />as required by law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 9th day of July, 1979. <br />Edna L.
