ORDINANCE NO. 37A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 37, PERTAINING TO DOG KENNELS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />SECTION I <br />Section 9 of Ordinance No. 37, passed by the then Village <br />Council on May 25, 1964, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom <br />the following words: <br />only on land zoned as commercial and <br />SECTION II <br />Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 37, shall stand <br />and be of full force and effect as passed. <br />SECTION III <br />This Ordinance shall be of full force and effect upon its <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 27th day of August, 1979. <br />Harvey F.
