ORDINANCE NO. 56E CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI). The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: I. Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to Light Industrial (LI), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: That part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision Number 100, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning on the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4, NE 1/4), of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence easterly on the South line of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, a distance of 243.62 feet, more or less, to the Westerly right of way of State Trunk Highway Number 8; thence Northeasterly on said Westerly right of way line, a distance of 400.00 feet; thence Northwesterly, at a right angle to said Westerly right of way line, a distance of 180.00 feet; thence Southwesterly, at a right angle, a distance of 90.00 feet; thence Northwesterly, at a right angle, a distance of 263.27 feet, more or less, to the West line of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence Southerly on said West line, a distance of 477.68 feet, to the point of beginning. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially passed and as previously amended. III.
