ORDINANCE NO. 56F <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GENERAL BUSINESS (GB). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is <br />hereby amended by rezoning from Limited Business to General <br />Business (GB), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />A part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) and a part of the West Half of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of <br />SE 1/4), all in Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty-one (31) <br />North, of Range Twenty-two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of <br />Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4), thence East along the South <br />line of Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) <br />a distance of Six Hundred Sixty and Ninety-seven Hundredths (660.97) <br />feet to a point in the East line of said West Half of Northwest <br />Quarter of Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4), thence <br />North along the East line of West Half of Northwest Quarter of <br />Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) a distance of Two <br />Hundred Sixty-five and Eighty-seven Hundredths (265.87) feet to a <br />point, thence West a distance of Six Hundred Sixty-one and Thirty- <br />two Hundredths (661.32) feet to a point in the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4)• thence <br />South along the said West line a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-three <br />and Thirty-eight Hundredths (263.38) feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing Four (4) acres, more or less, and subject to road <br />rights the public has acquired in the Westerly Thirty-three (33) <br />feet of above described parcel. <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of <br />Southeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of SE 1/4), thence East along the North <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of <br />SE 1/4), a distance of Six Hundred Sixty and Ninety-seven Hundredths <br />(660.97) feet to a point in. the East line of said West Half of Southwest - <br />Quarter of Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4) thence <br />South along said East line a distance of Three Hundred Thirty-two <br />and Thirty-four Hundredths (332.34) feet to a point, thence West a <br />distance of Six Hundred Sixty and Fifty-four Hundredths (660.54) <br />feet to a point in the West line of said Southwest Quarter of <br />Southeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of SE 1/4), thence North along said West <br />line a distance of Three Hundred Twenty-nine and Twenty-three <br />Hundredths (329.23) feet to the point of beginning and containing <br />Five (5) acres, more or less, and subject to road rights the public <br />has acquired in the Westerly Thirty-three (33) feet of above described <br />parcel. <br />
