ORDINANCE NO. 56H <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO DUPLEX FAMILY (R-2). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is <br />hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to <br />Duplex Family (R-2), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real <br />estate: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br />Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence <br />Easterly along the South line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 160.0 <br />feet to the actual point of beginning; thence <br />continuing Easterly along said South line a <br />distance of 160.0 feet; thence Northerly at <br />a right angle a distance of 500 feet; thence <br />Westerly at a right angle a distance of 160.0 <br />feet; thence Southerly at a right angle a distance <br />of 500 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to <br />Lilac Street. Being now a part of Lot 16, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 134. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />
