ORDINANCE NO. 56I <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO MULTI -FAMILY - MOBILE HOME <br />PARK (R-6). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is <br />hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to <br />Multi -Family - Mobile Home Park (R-6), pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described <br />real estate: <br />All of Lots 14, 16, 17, 18, and 19, and Lot 15, except <br />the West 320 feet of the East 500 feet of said Lot 15 <br />and Lot 20, except that part of said Lot 20, described <br />as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner <br />of said Lot 20; thence West along the South line of <br />said Lot 20, a distance of 200 feet; thence North, at right <br />angles, to the North line of said Lot 20; thence East <br />on said North line to the Northeast corner of said Lot 20; <br />thence Southeast, along the most Easterly line of said <br />Lot 20, to the place of beginning, all in Block 1, Arthur E. <br />Thom Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file <br />and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />
