ORDINAN� E NO. 56K <br />CITY OF [ INO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />(2-110(761 <br />000\ BY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE I >. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) AND <br />LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, <br />is hereby amended by rezoning from Agriculture (A) to General <br />Business (GB), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />The North 468.6 feet of the West Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Town- <br />ship 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />and by further rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Light Industrial <br />(LI),pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except the North 468.6 feet thereof. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this loth day of December, 1979. <br />ATTEST„: - <br />Edna L.
