/'\ ORDINANCE NO. 53B CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING MINNESOTA REGULATIONS KNOWN AS WPC 40 REGULATING INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND ALSO REQUIRING PERIODIC INSPECTION OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION I. The Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards, 6 MCAR 4.8040, commonly known as WPC 40, of the State of Minnesota, effective September 8, 1978, as same was originally drafted, now is, and as same may be amended, from time to time, in the future is hereby adopted by reference and hereby made a part of the Ordinance as if fully set forth herein. SECTION II. The City Clerk -Treasurer shall keep on file in her office, at all times, one copy of said Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards, 6 MCAR 4.8040, commonly known as WPC 40, and same shall be available for inspection by anyone so requesting during normal office hours of the City Clerk -Treasurer. SECTION III. Every individual privy, vault, septic tank and cesspool in the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, shall be inspected by the owner thereof at least once every two (2) years and such owner shall report the results of such inspection to the City Clerk -Treasurer per regulations adopted by the City Council with the assistance of the City Building Official and City Clerk -Treasurer. SECTION IV. Any Ordinance or portion of an Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, in conflict with this Ordinance is hereby repealed. SECTION V. Anyone violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment of /"N 90 days in jail, or both.
