ORDINANCE NO. 56L <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JULY 26, 1971. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Ordains: <br />1. That Section 4.05, Accessory Building and Structure, shall be amended <br />by adding thereto the following paragraph: <br />M. That no metal accessory building exceeding one hundred fifty (150) <br />square feet shall be constructed in an urban residential, expansion residential, <br />or rural residential zone as illustrated in the City's current comprehensive plan. <br />N. In areas other than urban Residential, Expansion Residential and Rural <br />Residential, Accessory buildings shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet, except those buildings used specifically for agricultural, Commercial or <br />Industrial purposes. <br />0. No accessory building shall exceed the size of the primary building. <br />Except as otherwise amended, Ordinance #56 shall stand as originally <br />adopted. <br />This Ordinance amendment shall be effective from the date of publica- <br />tion according to law. <br />Passed this 12th day of May, 1980. <br />F.
