Oct i 0, 15 Fo <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56R <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY ADDING <br />RETAIL PLUMBING SHOPS AS A PERMITTED USE IN GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />SECTION I. <br />Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota passed <br />by the then Village Council on July 26, 1971, is hereby amended by adding to <br />Section 6.13, the following: <br />(o) Retail plumbing shops, to include the customary retail sales of plumbing <br />supplies and fixtures and contracting for and installation and repair of plumb- <br />ing and plumbing fixtures, but not to include the production or manufacture of <br />any material used therein, and which retail plumbing shops shall not have any <br />exterior storage, outside of permanent buildings. <br />SECTION II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 56 shall stand as initially passed <br />and as previously amended. <br />SECTION III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1980. <br />F.
