V A a-4-, fi "1 f ORDINANCE 56S CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GENERAL BUSINESS (GB). The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: I. Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to General Business (GB), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: That part of Lots 13 and 14 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 138, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 10 of said Auditor's Subdivision No. 138, being the westerly right-of-way line of old State Trunk Highway No. 8; thence southerly along said westerly right-of-way line, a distance of 450 feet; thence westerly, parallel with the north line of said Lot 13 (being the east -west quarter line of Section 4, T. 31 N., R. 22 W.), a distance of 22 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning on a line parallel with and distant 20 feet westerly of said westerly right-of-way line, as measured at a right angle thereto; thence continuing westerly, parallel to said north line 467.57 feet; thence southerly parallel with the west line of said Lot 13 and parallel with the west line of said Lot 14, a distance of 654.29 feet; thence easterly, parallel with the north line of said Lot 14, a distance of 175 feet, more or less to a line parallel with and distant 20 feet westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of said old State Trunk Highway No 8; thence northerly along said westerly right-of-way line 723 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
