V A a-4-, fi "1 <br />f <br />ORDINANCE 56S <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GENERAL BUSINESS (GB). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, <br />is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to <br />General Business (GB), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />That part of Lots 13 and 14 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 138, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 10 of said <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 138, being the westerly <br />right-of-way line of old State Trunk Highway No. 8; <br />thence southerly along said westerly right-of-way line, <br />a distance of 450 feet; thence westerly, parallel with <br />the north line of said Lot 13 (being the east -west <br />quarter line of Section 4, T. 31 N., R. 22 W.), a <br />distance of 22 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning on a line parallel with and distant 20 feet <br />westerly of said westerly right-of-way line, as <br />measured at a right angle thereto; thence continuing <br />westerly, parallel to said north line 467.57 feet; <br />thence southerly parallel with the west line of said <br />Lot 13 and parallel with the west line of said Lot 14, <br />a distance of 654.29 feet; thence easterly, parallel <br />with the north line of said Lot 14, a distance of 175 <br />feet, more or less to a line parallel with and distant <br />20 feet westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of <br />said old State Trunk Highway No 8; thence northerly along <br />said westerly right-of-way line 723 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. <br />
