ORDINANCE NO. 74 CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AFFECTING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES UPON PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF LINO .LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, may regulate or prohibit motor vehicle stopping, standing, parking or traffic on streets, alleys or other public highways within the City of Lino Lakes. SECTION 11. Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169, as same governs such stopping, standing or parking or traffic on streets, alleys or other public highways is hereby adopted by reference, and-one:copy,thereof shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer, and shall be available for inspection at normal business hours. SECTION 111. The presence of a motor vehicle in or upon any public street, alley or highway in the City of Lino Lakes, stopped, standing or parked in violation of this ordinance, shall be prima facie evidence that the person in whose name such motor vehicle is registered as owner committed or authorized the commission of such violation and any law enforcement officer may have such motor vehicle towed and impounded. SECTION 1V. The violation of this ordinance shall be deemed to be a petty misde- meanor and subject to a fine of not to exceed $100.00. SECTION V. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication according to law.
