ORDINANCE NO. 74 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE COVERAGE OF ELECTED OR APPOINTED OFFICIALS OF <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES UNDER THE MINNESOTA WORKMANS COMPENSATION STATUTE. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />That the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes does hereby authorize the <br />inclusion of any regularly elected or appointed officers or officials of <br />the City of Lino Lakes within the definition of "employee" in M. S. A. <br />176,011, Subdivision 9. The foregoing authorization is made pursuant to <br />section 5 of the afore mentioned subdivision. <br />SECTION 11 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and afters its <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of May 1980. <br />4( <br />Otet.44..t <br />.
