ORDINANCE NO. 76 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS <br />AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 50 PASSED ON SEPTEMBER 22, 1969 <br />BY THE THEN LINO LAKES VILLAGE COUNCIL. <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA ORDAINS: <br />SECTION I. <br />Pursuant to the authority granted to the Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, under Minnesota Laws 1977, Chapter 355 amending <br />Minnesota Statutes 609.032, any person guilty of violating any penal <br />ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes hereinbefore adopted by the City <br />of Lino Lakes, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail for <br />a period not to exceed Ninety (90) days or both, plus the costs of <br />prosecution in either case. <br />SECTION II. <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. <br />SECTION III. <br />REPEAL. This Ordinance repeals Ordinance Number 50 passed <br />on September 22, 1969, by the then Village Council of the Village of <br />Lino Lakes. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 20th <br />day of October, 1980. <br />ATTEST: <br />,,e <br />Edna L.
