Subd. 1. Commissions shall review all business items that come before them in relation <br />to all City Ordinances and Policies that exist at the time the business comes to their <br />agenda. <br />Subd. 2. The decisions of any Commission shall be considered advisory only and all <br />final decisions shall rest with the City Council. <br />SECTION V. SCOPE. <br />All Commissions existing at the time of adoption of this Ordinance and all those here- <br />inafter established shall come under the scope of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION VI. ADOPTION. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force from and after its passage and publication <br />according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of December, 1980. <br />F.Kenneth Gourley, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
