Professional Profile <br /> Maribeth Black <br /> Executive Vice President <br /> LaSalle Group, Ltd. <br /> Maribeth Black has more than 27 years experience managing commercial and <br /> residential property. As Executive Vice President, Ms. Black is responsible for <br /> operations and administrative functions of LaSalle Group including all management <br /> services for the residential, hotel, and commercial properties. <br /> Since joining LaSalle Group in 1977, Ms. Black's career has spanned all facets of <br /> property management. Her current responsibilities include day-to-day operations for <br /> the LaSalle Group property portfolio. Prior to 1989, Maribeth Black was directly <br /> responsible for LaSalle Group endeavors and properties in Illinois, Texas, North and <br /> South Dakota. Her particular strengths are financial controls and communications. <br /> In addition, Ms. Black is a nationally known expert in assisted housing. In 1996, the <br /> Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) accorded Maribeth Black special <br /> recognition for her expertise and long-time commitment to affordable housing. Ms. <br /> Black is a member of IREM and chaired the HUD Liaison Committee from 1980 to <br /> 1993, and again in 1995. She chaired the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association <br /> Assisted Housing Committee and serves on the Municipal Affairs Committee. <br /> A native of Ohio, Maribeth Black attended Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. <br /> Her professional credentials include Certified Property Manager®, and National <br /> Assisted Housing Professional. <br />
