This release will be delivered upon <br /> 50 approval of the site development agreement with Avalon Homes, Inc. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 EDA Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 06-03, as presented. EDA Member <br /> 53 Bergeson seconded the motion.
