Will Resident Manager be an employee of the Development or of the Firm? <br /> The Regional Property Manager provides all direct supervision of resident managers. The Regional <br /> Property Manager, a training officer, our Maintenance Coordinator, and COS train on-site staff, evaluate <br /> work performance, institute LaSalle Management Group procedures and policies. This can require daily <br /> visits at first and is reduced to no less than weekly once staff is stabilized and trained. <br /> 17. a.
