Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> The October 01 , 2018 City of Lino Lakes Park Board Meeting was called to order by <br /> Park Board Chair Pat Huelman. <br /> 3 . Setting Agenda <br /> The Agenda was approved as presented . <br /> 4 . Approval of Minutes <br /> September 10 , 2018 Park Board Minutes <br /> Clark Gooder made a MOTION to approve the Meeting Minutes from September 10 , <br /> 2018 . Richard Jenson supported the MOTION . All in favor and MOTION carried . <br /> 5 . Open Mike <br /> There was no one present for Open Mike . Open Mike was closed . <br /> 6 . Review Arena Acres Park Master Plan <br /> Rick DeGardner gave a summary of the Arena Acres Park Master Plan meeting that was <br /> held on September 1 Ot" . Please refer to the memo at the end of the meeting notes for the <br /> summary . <br /> Candace Amberg , Senior Landscape Architect with WSB Engineering, presented the <br /> Arena Acres Park Master Plan that was based on the feedback they received from <br /> Page 1 <br />
