ORDINANCE NO. 22B <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 22A, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1980 AND REGULATING STREET CONSTRUCTION IN THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />ordains: <br />SECTION I. <br />Section 17C, of SECTION II of Ordinance No. 22A, passed by the City <br />Council on September 8, 1980, is hereby amended so that the same <br />shall be as follows: <br />C. Concrete curbs and gutters shall be required for all streets <br />where municipal sewer is installed or to be installed as part <br />of the plat development and bituminous or concrete curbs and <br />gutters shall be required for all other streets, the latter <br />at the discretion of the developer. <br />SECTION II. <br />Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 22 shall be in full force <br />and effect as initially adopted. <br />SECTION III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 9th day of March, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />e �. <br />Eclr�a�� Sane ), <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />
