MAActi_ 23, d g <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56U <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING <br />CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI). <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does <br />ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the then Village Council on July 18, .955, is hereby amended by rezoning <br />from Commercial and Residential to Light Industrial (LI), pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following <br />described real estate: <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southeasterly of <br />Interstate Highway No. 35W. <br />AND <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of State <br />^Trunk Highway No. 49 and Southeasterly of Interstate Highway No. 35W, <br />EXCEPT that part of the South 437 feet thereof lying East of the West <br />538.56 feet thereof. <br />AND <br />That part of Lots 1 and 2, Auditors Subdivision Number 54, according to the <br />map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County <br />Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota lying North of the following <br />described line, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the Northwesterly right of way line of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 49 distant 300 feet South of the North line of said <br />Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision Number 54, thence Southwesterly along said <br />Northwesterly line of State Trunk Highway No. 49, 127.34 feet, to the <br />point ofbeginning of the line to be described; thence Northwesterly at <br />right angles 272.63 feet to the South line of the North 300 feet of <br />said Lot 2; thence West, parrallel with the North line of said Lot 2 <br />to the West line of said Lot 2 and there terminating. <br />AND <br />All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: <br />/'-\ <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the South line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter with the Westerly right-of-way <br />line of Trunk Highway No. 8, as now established; thence on an assumed <br />bearing of North 24 degrees 56 minutes East, along said Westerly road <br />
