<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE
<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES BY
<br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL
<br />ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUST-
<br />RIAL (LI).
<br />the City Council of the City of
<br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn-
<br />esota, does ordain:
<br />I.
<br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of
<br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn-
<br />esota, passed by the then Village
<br />Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby
<br />amended by rezoning from Com-
<br />mercial and Residential to Light
<br />Industrial (LI), pursuant to the
<br />provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of
<br />the City of Lino Lakes, the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />That part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section 17, Township 31, Range
<br />22, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />lying Southeasterly of Interstate
<br />Highway No. 35W.
<br />AND
<br />That part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 17, Township 31, Range
<br />22, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />lying Northwesterly of State
<br />Trunk Highway No. 49 and South-
<br />easterly of Interstate Highway
<br />No. 35W, EXCEPT that part of
<br />the South 437 feet thereof lying
<br />East of the West 538.56 feet
<br />thereof.
<br />AND
<br />That part of Lots 1 and 2,
<br />Auditors Subdivision Number 54,
<br />according to the map or plat
<br />thereof on file and of record in the
<br />office of the County Recorder in
<br />and for Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />Lying North of the following de-
<br />scribed line, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point on the
<br />Northwesterly right of way line of
<br />State Trunk Highway No. 49
<br />distant 300 feet South of the North
<br />line of said Lot 1, Auditors
<br />Subdivision Number 54; thence
<br />Southwesterly along said North-
<br />westerly line of State Trunk
<br />Iighway No. 49, 127.34 feet, to
<br />—the point of beginning of the line to
<br />be Nscribed; thence Northwester -
<br />Vigo right angles 272.63 feet to the
<br />South line of the North 300 feet of
<br />said Lot 2; thence West, parallel
<br />with the North line of said Lot 2 to
<br />the West line of said Lot 2 and
<br />there terminating.

<br />All that part of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section 17, Township 31 North,
<br />Range 22 West, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the point of
<br />intersection of the South line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter of North-
<br />west Quarter with the Westerly
<br />right-of-way line of Trunk High-
<br />way No. 8, as now established;
<br />thence on an assumed bearing of
<br />North 24 degrees 56 minutes East,
<br />along said Westerly road line, a
<br />distance of 1155.6 feet to the point
<br />of beginning; thence South 24
<br />degrees 56 minutes West, back
<br />along said Westerly road line,
<br />113.93 feet; thence North 65
<br />degrees 04 minutes West, 208.7
<br />feet; thence South 24 degrees 56
<br />minutes West, 250.7 feet; thence
<br />North 84 degrees 24 minutes
<br />West, 358.4 feet to the West line
<br />of said Southeast Quarter of
<br />Northwest Quarter; thence North-
<br />erly, along said West line, 290
<br />feet, more or less, to the Southerly
<br />right-of-way line of the Southeast
<br />ramp of Trunk Highway No. 35W;
<br />thence Northeasterly, along said
<br />Southerly right-of-way line, 77
<br />feet, more or less, to the point of
<br />intersection thereof with a line
<br />that bears North 78 degrees 35
<br />minutes 30 seconds West from the
<br />point of beginning; thence South
<br />78 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds
<br />East, 652.6 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />II.
<br />Save as above amended, said
<br />Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
<br />initially passed and as previously
<br />amended.
<br />III.
<br />This Ordinance shall be in full
<br />force and effect from and after its
<br />passage and publication according
<br />to law.
