LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southeasterly of Interstate Highway No. 35W. AND That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of State Trunk Highway No. 49 and Southeasterly of Interstate Highway No. 35W, EXCEPT that part of the South 437 feet thereof lying East of the West 538.56 feet thereof. AND That part of Lots 1 and 2, Auditors Subdivision Number 54, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, lying North of the following described line, to -wit: Commencing at a point on the Northwesterly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 49 distant 300 feet South of the North line of said Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision Number 54; thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly line of State Trunk Highway No. 49, 127.34 feet, to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Northwesterly at right angles 272.63 feet to the South line of the North 300 feet of said Lot 2; thence West, parallel with the North line of said Lot 2 to the West line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
