3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56 V <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN <br />REAL ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County Minnesota, passed by the <br />then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended by rezoning from Resident- <br />ial (R-1) - Agricultural (AG) to Light Industrial (LI), pursuant to the provisions <br />of Ordinance NO. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />That part of the west Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 31, <br />Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of Interstate Highway 35W, as <br />now laid out and traveled. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially passed and <br />as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 13th day of April, 1981. <br />F.
