ORDINANCE NO. 72A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 72 PASSED ON MARCH 10, 1980 AND <br />EXTENDING A MORATORIUM ON SUBDIVISION AND BUILDING IN A PART OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, has not yet completed its current Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment but same should be completed within the near <br />future, and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable and necessary for the <br />preservation of health and safety that the Moratorium declared <br />by Ordinance No. 72, of the City, passed by the City Council <br />on March 10, 1980, be extended for a one year period from March <br />10, 1980; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />Section II of Ordinance No. 72, passed by the City Council <br />on March 10, 1980, is hereby amended so that the same shall be as <br />follows: <br />II. <br />This Moratorium shall remain in effect until the Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment is approved by the Metropolitan Council and the <br />passage of 90 days thereafter or one year from March 10, 1981, <br />whichever is less. <br />II. <br />Save as hereby amended, said Ordinance No. 72 shall stand <br />and be effective as passed and published. <br />
