M(ft) cifi9�I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING PART OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS RICE LAKE <br />DRIVE, IN THE PLATS OF ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION AND ULMER'S <br />RICE LAKE 3RD ADDITION, TO BE HEREAFTER NAMED ULMER DRIVE. <br />Pursuant to the authority granted by M.S.A. §412.221, <br />Subd. 18, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, ordains: <br />I. <br />The following described part of a public street is hereby <br />renamed and said public street shall hereafter be named and called <br />ULMER DRIVE: <br />All that part of the public street dedicated on the plats of <br />ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION and ULMER'S RICE LAKE 3RD ADDITION, <br />according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in <br />the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, known and described as RICE LAKE DRIVE, which lies <br />South of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 16, Block 2, <br />ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION; thence West, parallel with <br />the South line of said ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION, to a <br />point of n:tersoction with the East line of Lot 1, <br />Block 3, ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION and the termination <br />of said line, <br />and which lies Westerly of the existing Ulmer Drive as platted <br />on said plat of ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION. <br />II. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this 9th day of March, 1981. <br />F.
