u�� <br />ORDINANCE NO. 57B <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0,57A, PASSED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL ON APRIL 8, 1974, AND SETTING THE SALARIES OF PARK, <br />RECREATION AND ENVIORNMENT COMMISSION. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain as follows: <br />Ordinance No, 57A of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota passed by the City Council on April 8, 1974, which <br />amended and replaced Ordinance No. 57, passed by the City <br />Council on August 23, 1971, is hereby amended by repealing the <br />same and replacing the same with the following: <br />Section 6, Appointment and Compensation of Members, <br />The members of the Commission shall be appointed by a <br />majority of the City Council and shall receive a <br />quarterly salary of Twenty Five and no/100 Dollars <br />($25.00). <br />A. To qualify for such salary an attendance <br />record of 70% must be attained on a <br />quarterly basis. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective pursuant to State and Local <br />Charter requirements. <br />Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />on the ' day of`r>Le4 ,19. 5,,,. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
