Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 3-19, Amending Chapter 205 of the City <br />62 Code; ii. Consider Resolution No. 19-38, Approving a Summary of Ordinance No. 3.19 for <br />63 Publication Administrator Karlson reviewed the proposed changes: <br />64 - Strike language that exempts the Public Safety Director as a direct report to the City <br />65 Administrator; <br />66 - Exclude "temporary" employees from needing council approval for hire. <br />67 Council Member Maher moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 03-19. Council Member <br />68 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />69 Council Member Maher moved to approve the 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 03-19 as <br />70 presented. Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Consider <br />74 Resolution No. 19-391 Approving a Summary of Ordinance No. 4-19 for Publication — <br />75 Administrator Karlson explained that this is a minor change, amending language certain language <br />76 relating to the Human Resources Department. <br />77 Council Member Maher moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 04-19. Council Member <br />78 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />79 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 04-19 as <br />80 presented. Council Member Maher seconded the motion.
