RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Saddle Club Fourth Addition PUD Final Plan/Final <br />Plat subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A Development Agreement shall be drafted by the City, executed and recorded by <br />the developer. <br />2. Outlots A, B and C shall be deeded to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />3. The Right -of -Way, Drainage and Utility Easement covering the parcel shall be <br />vacated upon filing of the final plat. <br />The following items shall also be addressed: <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated May 1, 2019 shall be addressed. <br />2. The applicant shall prepare the deeds for Outlot A, Outlot B and Outlot C for City <br />review and approval. <br />3. Final Plat: <br />a. Drainage and Utility Easements shall be dedicated over the outlots. <br />4. Sheet C3.1, Details <br />a.
